One of the nice things about going to a full service veterinary hospital is the ability to have diagnostic testing performed on your pet without having to go to another facility.

We can obtain high quality radiographs (xrays) of your pet, most of the time on the same day as your pet arrives. These radiographs can then be burned to a disc for you if you desire or e-mailed to a specialist for a second opinion if needed.

Many pets can be “x-ray’d” without sedation. However, in cases where the pet is painful or rambunctious, we will recommend light sedation to assist us in getting the best quality diagnostic radiograph possible.
