CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Let's begin with the first people you will see when you enter the clinic. The customer service representatives primary job is to serve you with a smile. They strive to make your visit as smooth and pleasant as possible!

Brianna moved to Texas in August 2008 from California. She is the proud mommy of an 8 year old Pit Bull, Tippy, 10 month old kitten, Aries, aka Little Man aka Mr. Feisty McFeisterson Bitey Face Stinky Butt, and 3 month old kitten, MnM, aka Achilles aka Turkey Leg Junior aka Cutie Patootie Face. She loves all fuzzy creatures, but has a huge soft spot for Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, and Bulldogs.
Brianna is also the proud mother of beautiful 7 year old Anna. (This is a human child if you weren’t sure)
When she’s not working, you can find Brianna in Galveston wandering barefoot down the beach collecting shells with Tippy and Anna in tow. However, she pretty much lives here at the clinic (as it should be!), so the trips to the beach are few and far between! |

Becky moved to Houston in 2009 from College Station, Texas - WHOOP!!! She now lives on Lake Conroe with her boyfriend and loves every minute of it. She was the proud mommy to the love of her life for 12 years, Duke, a Roman Rottweiler who passed away on June 6, 2009. She now has three furry Pit Bull children. Two are her furry step-children: Rusty, aka Google Eyed Goblin, and Abby, aka Little Piglet. Last but not least, the newest addition to the family is Dallas, aka Fruit Cake.
Becky worked in the veterinary field in Austin throughout her high school days. After spending 6 years in the corporate world, she is now back to loving our four legged friends.
When Becky is not working, you will find her lifting weights, running, or in the kitchen trying out new recipes. During the warmer summer months, you can be sure to spot her testing her wakeboarding skills on Lake Conroe, Canyon Lake, or her favorite spot, Lake Travis, where she grew up. |

Jennifer is of the Asian Persuasion; just ask her about the “red envelope”. She was born and raised in Houston, and currently lives in Imperial Oaks with her mother and brother.
She has six fuzzy babies: Nina is her Chihuahua, Jr is her Dachshund, Eve is her Pekignese, Chloe is her Chi-Pug, and Simon is her puggle mix (who is obsessed with his mommy and never wants to leave her side). She also provides kitten-support for Aries and gets lots of visitation time in exchange.
Jennifer teaches Dr. Webb’s children Origami, and she is the fitness guru and personal stylist for the office kitties, Felix and Tic Tac. In her spare time, she loves watching TV and indulging in her vast movie collection. |
