A memo to all our True Companion clients regarding COVID-19:
Our primary goal is the safety and health of our beloved patients and their human families. We are here and ready to take care of your furry family members and we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to protect you during this time.
We have always had very strict cleanliness and disinfecting protocols and we are actively and diligently disinfecting all surfaces after every client appointment. We also have a wonderful cleaning crew that disinfects the entire building every night as well.
With the following guidelines in place, we feel comfortable opening our lobby and exam rooms to clients. We will continue to ask that our staff and clients continue to wear masks while inside the building. These safety precautions are necessary for us to continue to be available to offer care for your pets. Any clients and staff (vaccinated or not) will be required to wear a mask while inside the building. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one. If you elect not to wear a mask, your appointment will be curb-side and you will not be allowed in the building.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (cough, fever, etc), PLEASE reschedule your pet’s appointment if possible.
We are also requesting that our staff members stay at home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness, even if they seem mild.
We will keep you updated as information changes and wish you health and happiness!
Sincerely,
The doctors and staff of True Companion Animal Hospital
